Dakota is a fresh face in the modeling game, but her beauty will undeniably catch on fast and I fully expect to see her gracing many mediums from magazines to fashion to music videos in a very short time. She’s fresh out of High School and already enrolled in college as she studies for a degree in Biology with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse. Can someone say sponge bath please?
USM: Was this your first photo shoot? USM: I’ve seen other shoots done by Dominique and he does a nice job with every shoot. USM: So is modeling something that you want to pursue full time? USM: What are doing now? What is your career goal? USM: Tell me some of your favorites so our readers can get to know you a little. What are your favorite foods? USM: So you like the take-out menus. What are your top 5 CDs in play right now? USM: So you like Ledisi? I do too. What are your favorite songs from Ledisi? USM: Ledisi and lil Wayne are not usually two names you hear grouped together. USM: Do you enjoy reading, movies, watching TV?
USM: Old school! My favorite part of Harlem Nights is when Eddie Murphy shoots old girl in the pinky toe. That scene is priceless. So what made you choose Registered Nurse as an occupational goal? USM: You’re smart to get your degree and get that RN money as opposed to the LVN money. USM: With the modeling and full-time student status, what do you like to do for fun?
USM: Okay, at the club – what’s your favorite drink at the club?
USM: Everyone always dogs on me because I drink Amaretto over Pepsi. They always say it’s a girls’ drink, but that’s my drink! USM: So give me the scoop on tattoos and piercings. USM: I’ve heard the horror stories about tattoos on the foot. I hear that’s the most painful spot to get tattoos done. USM: What do you want do with your modeling career? USM: The Ozone awards are usually hot. USM: You can’t dance? What do you do when you go to the clubs? USM: But no dancing. I think you’ll be okay. As long as you are as hot as the pictures I think you can get away with a simple two-step. You’re giving men way too much credit.
USM: So fresh out of High School and right into college. That’s the best way to go. USM: Tell me something no one knows about you?
USM: Okay, what’s the weirdest place you’ve had sex? USM: In a car? Was the car moving? Was it in a public spot? USM: I’ve done that, but the police came USM: What is off limits to you? USM: Wait, a ménage á trois is off limits but you want to go to an orgy? USM: When you go to an orgy, I don’t think you’re supposed to bring your man with you. How can you jump in on something with your man standing there with you? I like to watch…I’ll leave that one alone to your own imagination while you check out the photos from her shoot with Dominique. Dakota was a fun interview because she is so real and comfortable to talk to. She’s like talking to an old friend with all her jokes and sense of humor. Dakota: Yes. I was nervous, too. I was with a couple other girls and that made it a little bit easier. One girl helped me with my makeup and posing so that helped. I wouldn’t have known what to do if I were there by myself.
Dakota: Yea, it was nice working with him.
Dakota: Not as a career; just something for right now.
Dakota: I’m a full-time student working towards my Biology degree and eventually to my goal of becoming a RN (Registered Nurse). I won’t look this good forever so that is my backup plan.
Dakota: I love Chinese food and my favorite all-American dish is Spaghetti. I love the fully loaded baked potatoes. I love McDonalds and fast food, too.
Dakota: Trae Zero, Lil Wayne, Trina, Ledisi, and Jill Scott.
Dakota: I like the song “In The Morning” of course. “Alright”….the whole CD is jammin.
Dakota: This is like the first actual CD from Lil Wayne that I have actually listened to and I like it a lot.
Dakota: I like to read. My favorite movies are Coming To America and Harlem Nights.
Dakota: it’s something that I always wanted to do growing up.
Dakota: Yeah, but it will take a lot time in class, but it will be worth it.
Dakota: I like to go shopping, clubbing, and hanging out wit my boyfriend.
Dakota: Amaretto Sour.
Dakota: It is…I love that drink.
USM: So how does your boyfriend feel about you modeling?
Dakota: He doesn’t like it, but he’s trying to support it.
Dakota: I have my Mom’s name and my niece’s name tattooed on my foot. You know I love my niece because that one hurt so bad. I have my name tattooed on my back. I have my tongue pierced and had my lip pierced at one time, but I took it out.
Dakota: That’s true. It hurt so bad. You know I love my niece after going through all that pain.
Dakota: Fashion shows, music videos, promotional opportunities. Anything to help me pay for school and get my degree. I have some events coming up. I’ll be at the Ozone awards in Houston. We’ll be in Houston for the whole weekend. I have another gig in Killeen Texas.
Dakota: Yeah, but I won’t be dancing. I can’t dance.
Dakota: I hang with my girls and just have a good time.
Dakota: I do a little something. It might not be what everyone else is doing, but I do a little. I came from a private school and was in a school with mostly white people. I graduated from Carter, transferring from the private school to Carter for my High School years. I got a little hip, but hey – I had fun. It was an experience.
Dakota: Yea, I’m not wasting any time. It’s a long process to earn my Biology degree and then go on to get my RN courses at Baylor. I’m kind of taking the long route. I’m at UNT now, but transferring to Texas Southern, then I will transfer to Baylor.
Dakota: I’ll have to think on that one.
Dakota: In a car.
Dakota: We were parked in a park.
and busted up the party. Cars are too small to really get busy. Maybe back in the 50’s when the cars were huge, but a Honda just doesn’t have enough room. What’s your sexual fantasy?
Dakota: Have you heard of Pandora’s Box? It’s a fantasy of mine to go to an orgy party. I want to try it.
Dakota: Ménage á trois is off limits.
Dakota: That’s different. I’d be with my man.
Dakota: I just want to watch.
